PUBG Mobile’s setting is usually by default which is perceived as the best settings for each player’s game experience. However, the default settings recommended might not be the best or suitable for each player. After playing around with the settings for quite sometime and testing them out in the game, below is the recommended settings for a better gaming experience and making yourself more “pro” in this game.

The default graphics is normally set based on the model of your device. The better your device is the better the graphic will be set at. However, having better quality of graphic does not mean that your gaming experience will be better. Indeed the graphic in the game will be sharper, but this does not mean that you will be able to see more things in the game (especially your enemies). What’s worst than your teammates getting all the kills just because you cannot spot any enemies? Player’s with high quality graphics often find it hard to spot enemies. This is because the graphic is so sharp that the enemies actually camouflage with the background. Setting the graphic to “smooth” which is the lowest quality, makes it easier to spot enemies. Enemies are more obvious as the graphic is not that sharp as compared to higher quality graphic. Trust me, you will be able to get all the kills and leave your teammates questioning where the enemies are with this graphic setting. Your enemies will also be wondering how you managed to spot them when they think that they have already camouflaged with the grass.

Gyroscope is usually not on. Gyroscope means that your screen will move whenever you move your device. Therefore, if you accidentally move your device, your character in the game would move as well. This scope is not suggested to be on as players might accidentally shake their phone during emergency timing which might affect the aim or view of the player.
Having low sensitivity helps a lot in having a better aim. The default sensitivity is much higher as compared to the image above. Low sensitivity means that when you swipe your finger to the left or right, the screen will not turn too much but just a little. When the sensitivity is too high, swiping just a little bit will move the screen greatly. Therefore, you might miss the enemy easily. Furthermore, you will also find yourself missing the target when shooting continuously because you are not able to control your weapon easily. You will notice that your screen sways a lot more with high sensitivity setting as compared to low sensitivity setting. This will all lead to bad aim which is not what a player wants when playing this game. With low sensitivity, you will have greater recoil control when shooting continuously with your scope on. The higher the scope is the lower the sensitivity should be. You will be able to improve your aim and skill with lower sensitivity. The camera sensitivity setting and ADS sensitivity setting should not vary too much as the logic is the same.

This control setting is the default setting when you first started playing. It is also the control setting that is widely used by players. Players often settle with this setting. However, this setting often result in players accidentally pressing the fire button. Players might accidentally press the fire button that is on the right when they are trying to change the direction of their view. Furthermore, some important buttons on this setting is quite small. This might lead to players not being able to press the right button during emergency timings. If players can avoid these mistake, this control setting can be said to be the best. However, for players that want to anyhow avoid this mistake or wants to better control their weapon, the below control setting will be suitable.

This control setting is actually recommended for players that wants to better control their weapon by playing with 3 fingers. However, this setting works well with players that plays with 2 fingers as well.
For players that plays with 2 fingers, this setting can greatly reduce the chances of accidental fire. Players can just focus on moving the screen with their right thumb. The fire button that will be used will be the lower one on the left. This is because when shooting enemies, players usually move their view rather than moving their character which is the navigation button on the left. Therefore, when facing an enemy, players can just fire using their left thumb and move their screen with their right thumb. This can also be used to control the weapon better when shooting continuously. Players can steady the weapon using their right thumb and fire with their left thumb. Furthermore, the size of important buttons have been upsized. This can help players to hit the button easier and faster.
For 3 fingers playing technique, the up-left fire button will be used. Players will hit the fire button with their left index finger while move their character with their left thumb and view with their right thumb at the same time. This enables players to move their character and view while shooting their enemies. This can actually help players when they are facing with a lot of enemies or when the enemy is moving around the player. This method is recommended to players that have more gaming experience as it is quite hard to master and needs some practicing time.
Some professional players uses the claw hold technique which is actually 4 fingers technique. This method does not only have the benefit that 3 fingers technique provides but also helps players to open the scope and fire faster. However, this method is hard to master and is only recommended for professionals. It requires a lot of practice and is usually more suitable for bigger device such as iPads or tablets. For players that are interested in this technique, here is a video of a professional using this technique.
With these recommended settings, players will be able to improve their skills and become a pro in no time. Enjoy a better gaming experience and happy gaming! 🙂
